A beautiful small traditional cottage, all on one level which sleeps up to 4 people.
The front door opens into a well equipped kitchen containing the following:

- Coffee Maker
- Toaster
- Storage Cupboards
There is a washing machine in the communal laundry room shared with the other gites.
Open through to dining/lounge area with table and chairs, comfortable seating, double sofa bed, TV with both English and French channels and a DVD player.
A sliding door leads to the bedroom:-

- Wardrobe
- Chest of drawers
- Bedside cabinets
- En suite shower room and WC
A door from the lounge leads to the terrace with views to the river. There is a table and chairs, parasol, BBQ and external lighting.

Local taxe de sejour (tourist tax) is payable per person (over 18 years of age) per night on arrival..
*Supplement of £90 per week, per extra person, applies for parties of more than six per cottage.
